Roof is designed as a cold mono-pitched roof consists of metal plate-connected timber truss. Detailed procedure of assembly of the bearing timber structure and the roof sheathing is provided in specifications. Control and test plans, budget and schedule are elaborated for stage of the building roofing. The bachelor’s thesis contains technical report of the building, suggested construction site installations, proposal of suitable machines and mechanisms required for the given stage, further it solves wider relations of transport lines to construction site and occupational safety and health.

Preparation of the construction of the rough construction of reinforced concrete prefabricated halls in Brno

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the realization of prefabricated reinforced concrete hall in brno. It deals with construction-technological execution of the substructure and assembled skeleton. Its content is a technical report of the construction site equipment including the drawing, the solution of transport relations for the transport of materials and machines, technological regulations for earthworks and the assembly of reinforced concrete skeleton, machine assembly, time schedule of implementation and itemized budget for the given technological stage. The work also deals with the quality of the work and safety of work. Furthermore, several schemes of execution of individual structures and alternative foundation of substructure for prefabricated halls are elaborated.

The thesis handles technological prescription, assessment of transport itinerary, itemized budget with bill of quantities, design of site equipment, construction schedule, machine assembly, control and test plan and occupational safety and health. In the last chapter is the design and comparison of the realization of the roof with vegetation.

The time schedule and itemized budget is for the entire substructure. In addition, there is a coordination situation, a technical report on the construction site equipment, a design of the machine assembly, an accompanying report, a solution to wider traffic relations and safety and health protection at work.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of a building technology project for an apartment building in Bučovice, specifically focusing on the "Apartment House Z". The thesis deals with the technical report for the construction-technological project, the study of the implementation of the main technological stages of the building object, the solution of the broader relations of transport routes and the design of the building supply, the object time and financial plan, the time plan of the main building object, the project of the construction site equipment, the design of the main machines and mechanisms, the plan of providing material resources for the rough construction, roofing and hole filling, technological prescription for the implementation of the monolithic floor structure and flat single-skin vegetated roof, inspection and testing plan for selected prescriptions, balance of personnel and deployment of main machines throughout the implementation period, safety risk solutions and measures for selected processes, selected LEED certification points. In addition, a THU construction calculation, an itemized budget for the rough-in, roofing and infill openings, an economic analysis of the selling prices of the apartments and non-residential space, and other appendices were prepared.
